Course Syllabus

Week 1
Fundamentals & Anatomy
Cardiac development, shunt lesions, congestive heart failure, and basic electrophysiology.
Week 2
Hemodynamics & Interventions
Cardiopulmonary interactions, catheterization hemodynamics, rheumatic heart disease, and anesthesia basics.
Week 3
Imaging & Critical Care
Ultrasound and echocardiogram physics, ICU hemodynamics, cardiac emergencies, and radiation safety.
Week 4
Advanced Care & Surgery
Pharmacotherapy, fetal and adult congenital heart disease, and the basics of congenital cardiac surgery.
